How To Use 

Booking Courts 

The Moreton Hall Health Club app is really user friendly.  On your app you will find an icon in your main profile page where you also find the QR code icon, titled "Tennis / Squash".

Click this icon to be taken through to the courts timetable, select the available time you want and press "Book Now" then confirm booking by selecting "Book". To double check if you have selected the correct court, simply head back to your main profile page and select the icon titled "My Bookings" this will provide you with all information on bookings you have made.

Booking Classes

Once again you find an icon in your main profile page where you also find the QR code icon, titled "Classes". Click this icon to be taken through to the updated class timetable, select the available class you want and press "Book Now" then confirm booking by selecting "Book". To double check if you have managed to successfully book onto the class, simply head back to your main profile page and select the icon titled "My Bookings" this will provide you with all the information in regards to your booking. r bookings.

 

Desktop portal

If you have not downloaded the new app and opted for a key tag instead you will be able to book via our desktop portal at home. Please be aware that if you currently use an iPad / tablet at home to make bookings you will be able to download the app and will not need to use the desktop version. 

 

Please find below the web link for the desktop login page. To access your account all you need is your date of birth and surname in lowercases. Once in your account simply follow the same instructions as above in the app version to book a court

Checking In 

Please be aware that all members must scan their QR codes ether in the app or via a purchased key fob before entering the building. The scanner can be found on the reception desk next to the computer at you enter the building through main entrance.
