This is a class that helps the core of the body also a great toning and strengthening class. (Need own ball)

|
HiLo impact classes, incorporating a wide range of exercises designed to increase stamina and reduce body fat, while creating different routines to keep the mind motivated.

The perfect way to burn fat and improve your heart and lung efficiency. Step classes vary in intensity and all our teachers are able to provide differing levels depending on your fitness.

| Body Conditioning/Body Blast/Legs, Bums & Tums/Lean Legs & Killer Butts/Arms and Abs |

This is a total body-shaping class - utilising a variety of equipment (weights, bands and bars). It is a low impact and once again suitable for all levels. Body Blast also incorporates an aerobic component.

| Body max/Interval Classes/Resistance/Weighted Workout |

A large percentage of strength and muscular conditioning is added throughout the class - using a variety of equipment. Excellent workout as it will keep your heart rate at a range of levels, enabling you to get the most from your hour.

Exercises to target the stomach and strengthen & support the back.

| Circuits |

A challenging combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to to improve both muscle strength and stamina without requiring any dance/co-ordination skills.

| Pilates |

A class that teaches you about posture, core strength and at the same time toning your body to look great.

| Kids Gym Sessions |
|
A supervised session with a qualified Instructor. The instructor will help to programme the equipment and give advice on how to train safely and effectively. Children need to be 10 years +.

| Salsacise |
|
A low impact class that teaches you the great moves of salsa.
